  14.     "Control 3" is a short and fast program that performs all
  15. commonly used  file management operations  with a minimum  of
  16. bother and  from the convenience  multi-menu environment. For
  17. the  first   time,  display  and  control   THREE  drives  or
  18. directories   on  screen   simultaneously  (hence   the  name
  19. "control3").

  21.     Features:   Colour  coded   directory  lists  (optional),
  22. immediately updates directories after changes ON SCREEN, type
  23. any  normal DOS  command if  you wish,  can treat  files with
  24. certain extensions in specified  ways (for example, load .DOC
  25. files into  your favourite editor  or text listing  program),
  26. execute,  copy,   delete,  rename,  sort,   make  and  remove
  27. directories,  view  and  print  text  files,  shell  to  Dos,
  28. touch-up file dates and times, change file attributes, change
  29. disk   volume  labels,   delete  and   copy  whole  directory
  30. structures  complete with  any contained  files, mini-editor,
  31. ideal for  composing or modifying  batch files or  small text
  32. files,   file  encryption,   find  and   display  strings  of
  33. characters within both text  files AND executable files, move
  34. effortlessly   through   directories   and   between  drives,
  35. proportional  disk space  indicator, fast  file and directory
  36. find.
